Hormone Therapy.

Bioidentical hormone replacement for women and men. Pellets, injectables, and creams — built around a full lab panel, not a generic dose chart.

Pricing on consultation

Your protocol — and its cost — is built from your labs at your free consult. No generic dose, no generic price.

Who it's for

If your labs say normal but you don't feel normal — you're who we built this for.

The conventional “reference range” is a population average, not a wellness target. We work with the optimal range — what your specific body needs to feel like itself.

  • Energy that disappears by 2pm
  • Sleep that never feels restorative
  • Libido that quietly slipped away
  • Brain fog masquerading as just getting older
  • Mood swings, anxiety, or low-grade depression
  • Weight gain that won't move with diet or exercise
  • Hot flashes, night sweats, irregular cycles
  • Loss of muscle, joint aches, slow recovery
The Protocol

Three steps. No guesswork.

01

Comprehensive lab panel

Estradiol, progesterone, total + free testosterone, DHEA-S, full thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, TPO), SHBG, FSH, LH, lipids, fasting insulin, HbA1c.

02

60-minute consult

We sit down with the data and your story. Sleep. Stress. Cycle. Mood. Lifestyle. The labs say what's biochemically off — the conversation says why.

03

Personalized protocol

Pellets, injectable, transdermal, or oral — depending on what fits you. Often paired with thyroid support, adrenal support, and targeted micronutrients.

Forms of delivery

We fit the route to you.

There's no single “best” way to deliver hormones. The right form depends on your physiology, lifestyle, and goals — and often shifts over time as your protocol evolves.

Pellets

Tiny bioidentical pellets placed sub-dermally during a 30–45 minute office visit. Steady release for 3–4 months in women and 4–5 months in men. Popular for the 'set it and forget it' simplicity.

Injectables

Weekly or twice-weekly intramuscular injections. Maximum dose control, easy to adjust. Often preferred for testosterone in both sexes.

Creams & Troches

Compounded transdermal creams or oral troches. Useful when daily titration matters — especially for progesterone and lower-dose estradiol.

Monitoring that continues after your first visit

Hormone therapy changes things that need watching — including red blood cell counts. When your labs indicate it, your provider may recommend therapeutic phlebotomy, a routine in-office procedure that brings those levels back into range.

It's part of doing hormone therapy responsibly, and it's built into how we manage your care.

Common Questions

Things people ask first.

Is BHRT the same as the hormones my OB-GYN talks about?

Bioidentical hormone replacement uses molecules structurally identical to what your body makes — not the synthetic conjugated forms studied in the original WHI trial. The safety and risk picture is different. We discuss both during your consult.

How long until I feel different?

Most patients notice sleep, energy, and mood shifts within 2–4 weeks. Body composition and libido changes typically follow at 6–12 weeks. We re-test and calibrate your protocol as your body responds.

Do you treat men too?

Yes. Roughly half of our hormone patients are men. The men's experience lives at /men if you'd prefer that entry point.

Is this covered by insurance?

BHRT is largely cash-pay nationally. Because every protocol is built from your labs, we quote your exact pricing at your free consult — inclusive of medication, follow-up labs, and provider time.

Not sure where to start?

That's the normal starting point. A free consultation is a conversation — your history, your goals, and an honest answer about what's worth doing.
